The GET EVs Kit is a next-gen version of the Aqueous Two Phase System (ATPS) principle to isolate EVs. No Ultracentfigation, no wasted time, no loss in EVs.
Aqueous Two Phase System (ATPS) is decades-old technology that can be utilized to isolate and concentrate EVs. EVs naturally accumulate in one of the two phases of an ATPS due to a combination of factors, including the surface hydrophobicity and charge of intact membranes of EVs, as well as the EV size.
We offer three different kits:
Mini (0-0.2 mL; 40 isolation columns)
Midi (0.2-1.9 mL; 40 isolation columns)
Maxi (1.0-10 mL; 20 isolation columns)
These isolation kits will accelerate purification and isolation of extracellular vesicles
